A mindful meditation class, led by Rebecca at the Happy Sigh.
Following an introduction, Rebecca will lead a meditation practice then a safe space to share your experience. It is an opportunity to unwind and rest but also gain insight into your thoughts, feelings and emotions. Suitable for beginners and anyone who already meditates regularly.
