Cerys is a student at Aberdeen University who was on placement with us as part of her MLitt in Film, Visual Culture and Arts Management for three weeks in May 2022. Cerys offered an inside look into researching community based arts organisations and evaluating alternative forms of data collection. Enjoying a lovely carrot and coriander soup, we gathered some insight into the research process and the barriers that exist when exploring the arts in a community setting.
