As part of Aberdeen Art Gallery & Museums series of lunchtime talks, Deveron Projects' Art & Community Worker, Petra Pennington, will speak about the White Wood – Huntly's living monument to peace.
Since its inception in 2015 by original White Wood artist Caroline Wendling, the work has inspired many visiting artists. They have each interpreted its themes, adding to the White Wood story and strengthening the depth and breadth of its legacy in the community, intended to last the 300 years in which the work will eventually reach its full physical conclusion.
