All children were invited to join Art & Community Worker Jess, Baker Kate and young Chef Extraordinaire Joshua for a live pizza making workshop and become their family's resident pizzaiolos!
In collaboration with Neep & Okra and the Honesty Bakehouse, we were providing recipe bags packed with ingredients, spice mixes and local flour to throw together a dinner for the family, cooked by the wee chefs of the house. Together we made a speedy dough and a tasty tomato sauce, and got everyone inventive with the design and toppings of their pizza.
This immensely popular workshop took place on Zoom and was aimed at children aged 11 and under (although this was of course flexible!), who were occasionally helped by their parents.
