The traditional flavours of Latin America inspired our Farmer’s Market brunch.
We kept to the rustic tradition of a vegetarian Mexican influenced breakfast menu, but with a Scottish twist in our locally sourced ingredients. We are challenging ourselves to see just how much flavour we can get into one of our brown boxes!

On Saturday Oct 3rd between 9am-12pm, we dished up a warming Mexican breakfast frittata served alongside slow-cooked beans in a rich tomato sauce. This was served with a fresh tomato and cucumber salsa and vegan corn-bread. For vegans, you’ll were able to replace the frittata with roasted Mexican-style potatoes cooked with smoky paprika and tomatoes.

As our takeaways have been incredibly popular so far, it is best to pre-order by emailing dawn@deveron-projects.com by 6pm on Friday.

All of the dishes were vegetarian and dairy-free, but not gluten-free. When pre-ordering please specify if you are ordering the vegan option.
