Neep & Okra project collaborator Nele will talk about her experience of studying at the Slow Food University – an international centre exploring organic relationships between culture, creativity, gastronomy, ecology and agricultural science. Traveling to Japan and eating traditional temple food with Buddhist monks, cheese tasting, visiting a factory where Bach is played to help with the production of miso, and agro-ecology have all likewise been part of this one-year-journey of research and education.
