This month's Food Chain was led by our current artist in residence Irineu Destourelles, who has chosen two fishy dishes from Portugal to share with us – Fish Rice and Crab Meat with Cornbread. Irineu has chosen these dishes as they remind him of his Portugese and Cape Verdean upbringings, filled with sea and boats and, of course, fish!
