Caroline Wendling, who came in May 2021 to work on the White Wood, was taking us all the way to France with May's Food Chain workshop. Caroline Wendling, originally from the Lorraine region of France, showed us how to make Tarte Aux Fruits, a fruity tart encased in all butter pastry, with this recipe being inspired by Caroline's aunts Lucie and Madeleine.
