For our April 2021 Farmers' Market stall we teamed up with Ayman Aldeen, one of our chefs in residence. Ayman had a delicious selection of Syrian food up for grabs, including falafel, pastries, dips and olives. Whilst people were queuing, we were asking what their signature dish is, and what topics and food you'd plate up at a dinner party.
