At November's Food Chain, father and son Luke and Ludovic lead us through one of their all time favourite recipes using udon noodles – a thick and flat type of noodle originating from Japan. We learned about the 'wok clock' – how to layer vegetables in pursuit of the perfectly cooked stir fry – and found out how to make the tastiest umami-rich sauce.
